OFFICEUNTITLED takes home 3 SCDF Awards

OFFICEUNTITLED (OU) celebrated a remarkable achievement at the annual Southern California Development Forum (SCDF) Design Awards on December 10, 2024, with three projects receiving recognition. AVA Arts District and 4th and Hewitt earned Citations, while 727 Grand received Honors. AVA Arts District was recognized in the Multi-Family Residential category, and both 4th and Hewitt and 727 Grand were awarded in the Concept/Unbuilt category.

OUers Shawn Gehle, Michael Contento, Rogelio Mercado, and Lecan Li were in attendance to accept the awards on OU’s behalf and connect with other AEC professionals and friends of the firm.
