DTLA data center at 727 S. Grand Ave. on track to start work in 2025

Anticipating the development of the new Downtown LA Data Center, UrbanizeLA highlights the plans for this future monument. Conceptualized with Digital Realty in 2023, this 13 story project will replace a run down parking structure and revitalize the whole block. With data centers not typically having windows, OFFICEUNTITLED used the challenge as a design opportunity to create a façade that ripples and reflects along the skyline.
Despite joining other data centers in Downtown LA, this project will make it’s mark as it redefines the industry standards. A necessary structure for a high functioning city such as Los Angeles, this project will not only serve it’s purpose but aesthetically uplift the entire block.
