Fairfax breaking ground in August

The 7-unit multifamily residential project is breaking ground in West Hollywood, located just off the corner of Fairfax Ave. and Santa Monica Blvd.

The building features a collection of of terraces and balconies, and breaks down the scale with different materials and landscape.
