The refreshed design incorporates landscaped terraces, introducing greenery and a connection to nature for the building’s users. The bold, sculptural structure features a windowless façade composed of dynamic triangular panels, redefining the aesthetics of urban infrastructure.

Expected to be powered by renewable energy, the project awaits city entitlements, with construction anticipated to begin in 2025.
