Moreno shortlisted for 2024 GRAY Awards

OFFICEUNTITLED’s Moreno has achieved recognition as a finalist in the residential category of the 7th annual GRAY Awards. Hosted by GRAY Magazine, these awards stand as a distinguished international design competition that acknowledges exemplary architectural projects from across the globe. The finalists, curated within the realms of ARCHITECTURE, INTERIORS, LANDSCAPE, and PRODUCT DESIGN, include prominent names such as Olson Kundig, HYBRID, CLB Architects, and AKB Architects alongside OFFICEUNTITLED.

The Gray Awards aptly described the Moreno Residence as an exquisite combination of contemporary California design and European minimalism, fostering a tranquil environment. Noteworthy for its emphasis on expansive spaces, verdant landscaping, muted hues, and the infusion of natural light, this residence redefines the paradigm of single-family living while preserving a sense of comfort.
