OFFICEUNTITLED Wins Three LABC Awards!
On October 18th, OFFICEUNTITLED (OU) was honored at the 54th annual Los Angeles Business Council Award Ceremony, which celebrates outstanding architectural design in the city. OU received recognition for three projects, 4th & Hewitt, 727 Grand, and AVA Arts District, each praised for their innovative design and positive impact on Los Angeles communities and infrastructure.
AVA Arts District, winner in the Housing category, serves as a creative hub for artists and innovators. The seven-story development includes 475 live/work units, with spaces designed for arts, production, co-working, and wellness. It also features ground-floor retail and community spaces, further enhancing its role as a cornerstone for creative living.
In the Concept Design category, OU had two additional projects recognized. 4th & Hewitt stands out in the Arts District as a post-pandemic reimagining of workspaces, embracing sustainability, connectivity, and creativity. It redefines urban work-life dynamics with a holistic approach, symbolizing progress and innovation. Meanwhile, 727 Grand, a forward-thinking proposal for a downtown Los Angeles data center, transforms the concept of a functional building into an architectural landmark. Its dynamic façade plays with light, shadow, and form, continually evolving in appearance, and enhances connectivity across both residential and commercial sectors.
The ceremony, held in the International Ballroom at The Beverly Hilton, was attended by leaders in architecture, design, and the greater Los Angeles community as well as the OU team and our project partners.
