Los Angeles, CA, February 01, 2023 – Since emerging in 2019 (OU) OFFICEUNTITLED has transformed from a small, dedicated team into a firm of nearly 50, with architects, designers, and design strategists located across offices in Culver City, and New York City. Propelled by an uninhibited ethos that combines ambitious design with deep professional experience, the practice consistently delivers thoughtful and unexpected design solutions. With current projects in mixed-use, hospitality, education, museums, post-covid workspace, and strategic consulting, Co-Founders Benjamin Anderson, Christian Robert, and Shawn Gehle look towards the next generation of leadership. They are proud to announce the elevation of current Principal Lindsay Green to Shareholder and Chief Operating Officer, Dave Bantz and Michael Contento to Principal, and Christianne Jordan, Daniella DeGeorge, Mirko Wanders, and Pearl Ting Ting Ho to Director.

In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Lindsay Green will continue to streamline all aspects of the firm’s growing operations, implement pilot processes, and support clients and teams across multiple locations to ensure the firm’s capacity to deliver the elevated projects OU has become known for. “As COO, I look forward to implementing new tools and processes in our operations that will enhance our office culture, our project efficiency and ultimately, serve our clients in the best way possible. My goal is to ensure we are looking at the business holistically, in support of a work environment that allows us all to enjoy where we work, and to take great pride in the work we do.”
Leading OUx— OU’s rapidly expanding strategic consulting and research collective —Dave Bantz’s creativity and conceptual thinking has been key to overseeing nearly a dozen OU’ers across multiple locations and time zones globally.
Having helped develop a rigorous investigation and ideation process at OU, Michael Contento is leading the design and delivery of several of OU’s most ambitious projects, including the Tower on Sunset and the Gindi Maimonides Academy’s new lower school campus.
New Directors Christianne Jordan, Daniella DeGeorge, Mirko Wanders, and Pearl Ting Ting Ho recognize a variety of leadership, initiative, and exceptional design talent across the firm. As a group, they represent OU’s focus on the continued evolution and refinement of the practice and culture.
