Base Camp for Creatives: AVA Arts District
A creative hub with 475 live/work units elevating industrial materials and highlighting local artists to reflect the vibrant culture of Los Angeles’s Arts District.
Event: ULI Studio Tour
This fall, we welcomed the architecture community to a meet & greet co-hosted with Urban Land Institute (ULI). The event offered an interactive experience where guests toured OU’s projects and gained a behind-the-scenes look at the studio’s work
and expertise.

Event: Cayton Playmakers Gala
Joining a prestigious list of past honorees, Shawn Gehle and Christian Robert were honored at the Cayton Playmakers Gala for their visionary design of the Cayton Children’s Museum celebrating imagination and inclusivity through play.
Creating a Social Network: The Charlie West Hollywood
As a medium scale residential development, The Charlie creates density, respecting the surrounding neighborhood. In turn, it addresses the need for housing while reinterpreting the courtyard typology of Los Angeles.
