Lindsay Green

As Chief Operating Officer and Principal, Lindsay Green oversees business operations, strategic financial planning, and staff organization firmwide. She brings nearly 20 years of experience as a Project Director and Operations Leader to her role, having actively participated in all project phases across a wide range of scales and typologies. Seeing the business holistically, Linsday has implemented tools and processes to enhance project efficiency, operations, and office culture, aiming to create a supportive work environment. Working closely with project leaders, she leads the office on a successful trajectory.

Lindsay has gained significant recognition in the industry for her ability to think critically and to deliver award-winning, transformative solutions for her clients. Prior to her role at OU, she was a Studio Director at BNIM, and Regional Design Management Leader at Gensler, where she worked with the co-founders of OU. Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in 2000.
